Abstract: The gluon and ghost propagators are computed in full QCD using non-perturbative order-a improved Clover fermions above and below the deconfinement temperature. Our simulations employ a setup that yields a pion mass of 290MeV at T=0. Defining a gluon mass m_g from the inverse of the gluon propagator at zero momenta, we show that both the electric and magnetic masses have a smooth behaviour with T and above T_c. In particular, they are compatible with the predictions of thermal perturbation theory based on the hard thermal loop expansion.
